If you wish to request a refund or credit for a Product, you must contact Support. Each claim will be evaluated based on its individual circumstances, considering the digital nature of the product and any opportunity for preview or inspection prior to purchase.
Please note that we are not obligated to issue a refund or credit for the following reasons (but not limited to):
- You’ve changed your mind about the Product.
- You purchased the Product by mistake.
- You lack the necessary skills or expertise to use the Product.
- You are requesting a refund as a goodwill gesture.
- You are unable to access the Product because it has been removed by the Seller or your account was blocked (we recommend downloading your Products immediately after purchase).
If we determine that a refund or credit is warranted, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. For example, if the Product was purchased using stlspecial USD Credits, the refund will be issued in stlspecial USD Credits. If the purchase was made via credit card through PayPal, the refund will be processed through the same PayPal method.
You understand and agree that while stlspecial takes reasonable precautions, errors may occur in listing a Product at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to typographical mistakes or similar oversights. In such cases, stlspecial reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction, even after payment has been processed. If a transaction is canceled, stlspecial will issue a prompt refund or credit.
By making a purchase, you agree that if a dispute is raised with PayPal, stlspecial will be unable to release any funds from your Member Account until the PayPal dispute is resolved.
