Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered if:

• The file is corrupted or unusable

• The product does not match the description

• A technical issue prevents download and cannot be resolved

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of knowledge or skill to use the files

• Failure to download the files before account issues occur

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
