Clad in a mass of bloated, ruptured flesh, Rotigus carries the Gnarlrod, a staff of decay that regenerates and rots in a ceaseless cycle. His maw overflows with maggots, while a shredded veil frames his deformed head. Tentacles and talons burst from his bloated form, casting corrupted sorcery into the fray. Six mischievous Nurglings accompany him, each sculpted with unique personality and vile charm.
