Why PNG is the best format for 3D logos
PNG keeps sharp edges and supports transparency. When the tool finds a transparent background, it uses the shape of your logo instead of its colors, so even a colorful logo turns into one clean raised shape. Without transparency, bright pixels are raised and dark pixels stay low.

Preparing your PNG
- Use at least 500 px wide so curves stay smooth
- Remove the background first if it isn't already transparent
- Thin lines under 1 mm at print size may not print well; make the logo bigger or thicker

My logo has several colors. Will they become different heights?
With a transparent background, no: the whole logo is raised to the same height. Without transparency, each color's brightness sets its height.
Is my file uploaded?

Can I make a multicolor print?
